Upon entering the Lodge, an African adventure, filled with fun and pampering awaits all furry friends!
A total of 18 luxury suites (10 in our Safari Wing and 8 in our Serengeti Wing) ensure that a relaxed, home-style atmosphere can be maintained for all guests to enjoy.
Safari Wing Suites
Safari Wing Suites
Our Safari Wing consists of 10 spacious suites where guests can move freely, through a safety glass paneled door with enclosed doggy door from their suite to their own, private patio overlooking the garden and 16 play areas. All suites and patios are fully enclosed for safety.
Each suite is decorated to the theme of a different African animal, with room to stretch and accommodate even the largest guests. The big boys may enjoy a stay in the Elephant Apartment while the petite poppets may enjoy the comforts offered at the Meerkat Manor! Nine suites, with attached patio are a spacious 14.26 m2 while one suite and patio is a supersized 18.77 m2. Dogs from the same family are welcome to share a suite.
Serengeti Wing Suites
Serengeti Wing Suites
The Serengeti Wing consists of 8 supersized suites. As with the Safari Wing guests can move freely, through a safety glass paneled door with enclosed doggy door from their suite to their own, private patio overlooking the garden and 16 play areas. Each suite also has an additional private grassed courtyard (artificial lawn) extending from their patio for extra space. All fur kids staying in the Serengeti Wing have the added option of relaxing in their suite, patio and courtyard with a view to the garden during the day. Our Serengeti Wing suites with attached patio and courtyard are a spacious 28 m2. Dogs from the same family are welcome to share a suite.
Luxury Inclusions to all suites
Tiles, Underfloor Heating and Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning
Slip resistant porcelain tiles with underfloor heating and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning in all 18 suites ensure the comfort of our guests in all weather conditions.
Beds and Bedding
After a hard day of play with us, all guests are ensured a good night’s rest on large, comfortable daybeds covered with plush bedding. You are welcome to bring your fur baby’s own bed, bedding and toys, as long as it can be washed and does not pose a safety hazard to your dog when used unsupervised.
Television and Piped Music
A large, flat screen television in each suite provides home-style comfort and amusement during rest times. Alternatively, relaxing music playing 24/7 will send them off to dreamland!
IP Camera
An IP camera to every suite gives owners piece of mind being able to keep an eye on their pooch lounging in his/her suite. IP cameras in our suites are private and can be accessed via an app on your phone or remotely via your desktop computer 24/7 using the log in details provided on arrival.
Indoor Play Room & Outdoor Play Area with Sensory Garden
Indoor Play Room
For those very hot or wet and windy days the indoor play room provides the ideal alternative space for indoor games and staying mentally and physically active.
Garden
Guests enter the garden from their fully enclosed patio. Sixteen, fully fenced play areas of different sizes provide ample space for pups to romp around (perimeter fences are 1.8m high and inner fences are 1.5m high).
Our sensory garden offers additional enrichment through visual, tactile, and olfactory experiences.

Complimentary Extras
Complimentary Hydrobath
Having fun means rolling on the lawn, digging in the sandpit and splashing in the water. Hard work that deserves a pamper session!
All guests staying for 3 days and longer will receive a complimentary hydrobath in our fully fitted grooming room to ensure they are refreshed and revitalised before going home. Guests that require brushing are given daily coat brushes to ensure we keep their coats healthy and maintained. *Please note, we are not groomers, so if your fur baby arrives with a matted coat, we'll only be able to maintain it in its current condition.
Complimentary Pet Updates
We believe in emotional enrichment for our guests as well as our valued pet parents! Therefore, daily updates will be sent via email or text with photos and/or videos, to keep you updated on all the holiday adventures your fur kids get up to while you are away!
Medications
Medications will be administered at no extra cost. Please discuss more complex medications and your pet's medication regime with us before booking.
We require sufficient amounts of all medication. All medication, to be in the original containers, with the original directions for use on the container, as prescribed by your Veterinarian.
Arrival and Departure Times
To ensure we can give quality attention to every family arriving at the Lodge, drop off and pick ups are booked by appointment only with appointment times scheduled every 30 minutes. We are open 7 days a week.

9am-12pm & 2-3pm by appointment
Pick Up Hours
9am-12pm & 2-4:30pm by appointment
The Lodge is CLOSED for drop off and pick up between 12pm - 2pm
