Our rates are calculated on a calendar day basis (not per night). Guests are charged from the day of drop off through to the day of pick up, irrespective of their arrival or departure time.

For example: A dog checking in on Monday (morning or afternoon) and checking out on Tuesday (morning or afternoon) is charged for 2 calendar days (1 overnight stay).

Please note: Only dogs from the same family may share a suite.

Please note, Day Stays are ONLY available as a trial before boarding (subject to availability), not on a fixed, permanent basis.

Discounts

For long term stays, we are providing the following discount

Stays of 21 days and longer (10% discount to the daily rate)

Deposit

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking, payable within 48 hours. Due to the number of enquiries and very limited space, bookings will not be held if the deposit is not paid within 48 hours.
The remainder of the boarding fee is payable on admission.
